Salad with baked grapes and almonds
Frisian lettuce with fried seedless white grapes, amanandels, gouse cheese and a dressing of coarse mustard, olive oil, walnut oil, cider vinegar with sherry

Wash lettuce and grapes and take grapes from bunch. Roast almonds in dry frying pan. Cut crusts of cheese and cut cheese into thin strips.

Stir in bowl of mustard, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, walnut oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to dressing. Spread lettuce, almonds and cheese over four plates. Sprinkle dressing over it.

Stir fry grapes approx. 30 seconds. Spoon sherry through and spread grapes over salad. Serve with (walnuts) ciabatta.
