Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
  2. Place the tomato slices side by side on the plates.
  3. Sprinkle with a little (sea) salt. Put a piece of lettuce in the middle of the tomatoes.
  4. Arrange the celery strips, the nuts and the cheese on the lettuce.
  5. Sprinkle the dressing over it and garnish with chives.
