Omelette with salmon and avocado
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, red salmon (a 213 g), avocados, eggs, milk, butter, mixed iceberg lettuce (200 g), vinaigrette garlic-garden herbs (70 ml) and brown baguette.

Drain the salmon and divide it into pieces, remove any bones and skin.

Halve, peel and cut Avocados into wedges.

Untie eggs with milk, salt and pepper.

Heat butter in 2 frying pans.

Spread mixture over frying pans and bake omelets.

When omelets start to dry, distribute salmon and avocado over half of the omelette.

Fold another half over it.

Cook the omelet for 1 more minute.

Mix lettuce with dressing.

Cut the loaf of bread into slices.

Halder omelet and serve with bread and salad..
