Omelette with salmon and hollandaise sauce


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, snow peas, spring onions, small potatoes (450 g), eggs, smoked salmon pieces (200 g), butter, Hollandaise sauce (40 g) and fresh parsley (a 30 g).

Directions

  1. Clean snow peas and boil in 6 minutes.
  2. Cut the forest onions into rings.
  3. Roots boil in 8 minutes.
  4. Unwind eggs with 3 tbsp water, spring onions, salmon pieces, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in 2 frying pans and bake egg omelettes one at a time, possibly using extra butter.
  6. Omelettes that are ready to keep warm.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce according to the instructions for use.
  8. Parsley finely chop.
  9. Stir the remaining butter through sauce.
  10. Distribute omelettes over 4 plates.
  11. To lay pea pods and double omelet.
  12. Mix potatoes with parsley and tosset with omelette.
  13. Give Hollandaise sauce over omelette and potatoes..
