Directions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Clean the pepper and cut it. Clean the leek and cut into rings.
  2. Heat in a frying pan oil and fry the peppers and leeks for 5 min. Cut the cheese into cubes. Spoon the pesto through the leek and paprika and heat through.
  3. Scoop the cheese cubes through. Divide the macaroni over plates. Add the pesto leek.
