Chinese chicken and papillotte with mihoen
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, garlic and fresh leeks.
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
Peel and grate the ginger and finely chop the garlic. Mix the garlic and ginger with the hoisin sauce. Spoon the chicken with the sauce.
Cut the leeks into thin rings. Cut 4 pieces of baking paper of 30 x 30 cm. Divide the stir-fry mix, leek and chicken and fold well. Put in the oven for about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Cut the spring onions into rings and scoop together with the hoisin sauce by the noodles.
Cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips and distribute four plates along with the noodles. Serve with the chicken packages.
