Ingredients
- 300 gram steak
- 300 gram steak
- 300 gram White rice
- 300 gram unpolished rice
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 spring / forest onion
- 8 egg
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoon broth
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce for the marinade
- 1 tablespoon Japanese rice vinegar for the marinade
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar for the marinade
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil for the marinade
- 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup for the sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce for the sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise for the sauce
- Pinch chili powder for the sauce
Directions

Heat half of the oil in a stir-frying pan in the beef strips on a high setting. Add the ginger, garlic and cold rice and stir-fry 2 minutes. Take the pan from the heat source and scoop the spring onions.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Beat the eggs with the milk and pour a quarter of them into the pan. Shake a little with the pan so that the egg is well distributed and cook the omelette for 1 minute at medium height.

Spoon a quarter of the rice mixture in the middle of the omelet and fold the sides over it. Turn the frying pan with the stuffed omelet on a preheated plate.

Make 3 more omelettes and keep them warm in the oven in the meantime. Serve with the sauce.
