One-pot paste with meatballs


Pasta in one paste with Dutch beef balls, penne, stir-fry vegetables, passata di pomodoro, mozzarella and basil.

Directions

  1. Put the beef balls, penne, stir-fry vegetables and passata with the water in a frying pan. Bring to the boil with the lid on the pan.
  2. Boil without lid over medium heat for 12 minutes until done. Stir frequently.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
  4. Take the pasta off the heat and stir in the mozzarella and the basil leaves. Season with pepper and salt. Divide over the deep plates.
