Heat the oil and fry the onions and rosemary for about 25 minutes at a low setting until the onions caramelize. Add the vinegar, the bouillon cube and 100 ml of water and bake for about 10 minutes at a low setting until all the moisture has evaporated.

Siege the slices of bread with the brie and spread the onions and parsley over it. Fry the sandwiches in a sandwich maker until golden brown. Tasty with anchovy mayonnaise (see tip).
