Ingredients
Directions
-
Cover each muffin mold with a slice of savory pie dough. Put the muffin mold in the refrigerator until use.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Peel the onions, halve them and cut the halves into thin slices.
-
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions very lightly in about 10 minutes. Stir the parsley through the onions and add salt and pepper to taste. In the meantime, cut the gorgonzola into 6 equal pieces and beat the eggs with the cream in a bowl. Spoon half of the onions into the tartlets. Put a piece of gorgonzola on it.
-
Spoon the rest of the onions on the gorgonzola. Pour the egg mixture over the onions.
-
Put the mold on the rack in the middle of the oven and bake the tarts for about 20 minutes. Allow the cakes to cool down for a while, flip them out of the mold and serve them lukewarm.
