Open apple-cinnamon cake
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: flour, soft butter (in small cubes), vanilla pod, currants (a 150 g tray), sweet-sour apples (in blocks), sugar, semolina and egg (split).

In bowl of flour seven. Rub butter through flour, until granular structure is created. Stir in a single tablespoon of water, continue kneading until cohesive structure is formed. Only add tablespoon of water as the previous one has been absorbed by dough. Paste the dough into plastic wrap and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.

Pour dough onto floured work surface to circle with diameter of approx. 35 cm. Carefully fold the dough flap around the rolling pin (for easy movement), place it on the center of baking sheet covered with parchment paper and unfold it. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the marrow with the knife. Currant berries from twigs. In bowl apple with currant, three quarters of sugar and marrow shovel. Cover the inside of dough with egg yolk, to approx. 5 cm from the edge. Divide semolina over covered dough. Drain fruit moisture into the sieve. Place the fruit on the middle part of the dough and fold the edges loosely around the fruit. Proteinize the protein and cover the top of it. Rest of sugar over protein spreads covered with protein. Put baking tray in the middle of oven and cook in approx. 35 min. Cake can be kept for up to 1 day.
