Roasted banana with coconut
A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: ground coconut (bowl 55 g, AH), bananas, olive oil (AH), liquid honey (AH pure organic and pot 450 g).

Roast the coconut in a frying pan without oil or butter until light brown. Let cool on a plate. Peel the bananas and cut into 1 cm sloping slices. Brush the slices on 1 side with 2 tbsp oil. Heat the grill pan over medium heat. Place the slices with the greased side down in the grill pan for 90 seconds. Meanwhile, brush the other side with 2 tbsp oil. Turn the slices and grill for another 90 seconds.

Stack the slices stacked on a plate and drizzle with the honey. Sprinkle the coconut over it and serve immediately.
