Directions

  1. Roast the slices of bread.
  2. In the meantime, cut the unpeeled apples into quarters, remove the cores and cut the flesh into thin segments.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the apple slices for 3 min. On medium heat, turning halfway.
  4. Add the cinnamon and honey and cook for 1 min on a high heat.
  5. Place the slices of bread with the apple slices. Chop the almonds coarsely and spread over the buns. Drizzle with the honey.
