Oriental noodle soup with shiitake


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, oil, chicken breast (diced), shiitake mushrooms ((100 g), coarsely chopped), poultry fondness (a 380 ml), fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), in thin slices) , garlic (crushed), Chinese noodles (250 g), bok choy, fish sauce and spring onions (in 2 cm pieces).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a soup pot and fry the chicken fillet with the shiitakes until they smell strongly.
  2. Pour in the fondue and add the ginger root, garlic and 200 ml of water.
  3. Apply to the boil and let it gently draw for 15 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.
  5. Wash the bok choy and cut the leaves and stems into strips.
  6. Remove the garlic and ginger from the soup.
  7. Season the soup with the fish sauce, salt and pepper and add the pack soy and the spring onion.
  8. Let the soup simmer for 3 minutes, turn off the heat and scoop the paksoiblad through the soup.
  9. Pour the soup into wide bowls..
