Vegetarian endive salad with paprika
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: crumbly cooking potatoes (bag 800 g), onions (chopped), oil, tofu stir fry finely seasoned (180 g), red peppers, mustard, sour cream (125 ml), sliced endive (benefit package and 500 g ).

Boil the potatoes in water with salt until done according to the instructions on the package.

Fry half of the onion in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown.

Add the stir-fry mince and the bell pepper and stir-fry 2 minutes.

If necessary, add a dash of potato boiling water if it is too dry.

Season with salt and pepper.

Fry the other half of the onion golden brown in the rest of the oil.

Add the mustard and 150 ml of cooking water from the potatoes and bring to the boil.

Drain the potatoes and crush them, stir in the sour cream.

Spoon the endive on it, pour the onion mixture over it and mix it up.

Serve the peppercorn..
