Oriental risotto


Oriental risotto with chicken, vegetables and oyster mushrooms.

Directions

  1. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion with the ginger powder for approx. 2 min.
  2. Clean the oyster mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices.
  3. Add the oyster mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the risotto rice and prepare according to the instructions on the package with the water and the soy sauce.
  4. Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat the rest of the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the chicken fillet about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the vegetable mix and cook for another 3 minutes.
  6. Combine the risotto rice and the vegetable chicken mix. Season with soy sauce, pepper and salt.
