Oriental salad with salmon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, endive (about 250 g), bean sprouts (125 g), Scottish salmon fillet (about 250 g), Japanese soy sauce, vinegar and seroendeng (pot a 100 g).

Season the endive and cut into strips.

Rinse the beans with boiling water.

Spread endive and bean sprouts on four plates.

Cut salmon fillets into 4 pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan with non-stick coating.

Fill the salmon fillet on both sides for approx.

4 minutes.

Meanwhile, stirring dressing of leftover oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Distribute salad dressing and sprinkle seroendeng over it.

Put salmon fillet on salad..
