Oriental salad with salmon


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, endive (about 250 g), bean sprouts (125 g), Scottish salmon fillet (about 250 g), Japanese soy sauce, vinegar and seroendeng (pot a 100 g).

Directions

  1. Season the endive and cut into strips.
  2. Rinse the beans with boiling water.
  3. Spread endive and bean sprouts on four plates.
  4. Cut salmon fillets into 4 pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan with non-stick coating.
  6. Fill the salmon fillet on both sides for approx.
  7. 4 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, stirring dressing of leftover oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  9. Distribute salad dressing and sprinkle seroendeng over it.
  10. Put salmon fillet on salad..
