Clean the lime and cut into slices. Peel the ginger and cut into slices.

Cut the broccoli into florets, mushrooms in slices and spring onions in 1 cm.

Bring water to a boil in a soup pot with the bouillon tablets, ginger and lime. Let the broth gently draw for 5 minutes.

Cut the chicken into long slices and add them to the stock. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Add the broccoli and mushrooms for the last 3 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain in a colander.

Remove the ginger and lime from the soup. Stir the spring onion through the soup and heat for another 1 min.

Divide the noodles over bowls and scoop the soup. Bon appétit! .
