Oriental soup with mushrooms and broccoli, chicken breast, Chinese noodles and spring onions.

Directions

  1. Clean the lime and cut into slices. Peel the ginger and cut into slices.
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets, mushrooms in slices and spring onions in 1 cm.
  3. Bring water to a boil in a soup pot with the bouillon tablets, ginger and lime. Let the broth gently draw for 5 minutes.
  4. Cut the chicken into long slices and add them to the stock. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Add the broccoli and mushrooms for the last 3 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain in a colander.
  6. Remove the ginger and lime from the soup. Stir the spring onion through the soup and heat for another 1 min.
  7. Divide the noodles over bowls and scoop the soup. Bon appétit! .
