Thyme apples with celery and bratwurst
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, large potatoes (bag 3 kg), celery (in pieces of 5 cm), apples, mustard, sugar, fresh thyme (box 15 g), bratwurst (4 pieces) and olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Halve the unpeeled potatoes. Put them together with the celery in a pan and cook for 10 minutes.

Halve the apples across, with the handle facing up. Scoop out the core with a spoon. Mix in a bowl 1 tbsp mustard, the sugar and the leaf of 2 sprigs of thyme. Spoon 1/2 tbsp of the mixture into the lower halves of the apples. Put a sprig of thyme on it and put the top apple halves on it. Put the apples on the roasting pan.

Halve the sausages and scoop them through the rest of the mustard. Add the oil to the potato mixture and season with salt and pepper. Spoon it along with the sausage next to the apples. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven. Serve on 4 flat plates.
