Oriental vegetable plums (tempura)
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: liquid herbal broth (squeeze bottle), medium dry sherry, Japanese soy sauce, ginger root, shiitake (mushrooms), spring onions, miniature flasks, snow peas, broccoli florets, egg (from refrigerator), flour, oil and sesame oil.

Heat 1 dl of water with herb stock in saucepan. Stir in the Sherry and soy sauce. Allow to cool and pour into two bowls. Ginger root peel and finely grate. Create on 2 plates. Place cup with dipping sauce next to it. Shipe clean with kitchen paper. Clean vegetables, leave them whole.

Drip off in a large bowl with 1 dl of ice cold water. Knock in with fork flour, lumps remain visible. In heating oil and sesame oil until light steam comes off. Bring the vegetables one by one and fry with golden brown frying in 3-4 minutes at the same time in hot oil. Drain on kitchen paper. Arrange vegetables on plates and serve immediately with spicy dipping sauce.
