Directions

  1. Mix the onion, garlic, red pepper, celery and curry together.
  2. Heat a wok at medium height, add the liquid baking product and stir fry the chicken cubes for about 4 minutes.
  3. Add the leek, carrot and curry mixture and stir fry for about 5 minutes at a high setting.
  4. Add the bean sprouts and cook for about 1 minute. Season with soy sauce.
  5. Delicious with unpolished rice.
