Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Cut the onion in half rings and the tomatoes in half slices. Halve the potatoes. Cut out 4 square pieces of baking paper.

Halve the lemon, cut half in slices, press the other half. Divide the cod into 4 equal pieces.

Mix the onions, tomato and rocket. Divide half over the pieces of parchment paper and add some pepper.

Put on each a piece of cod, sprinkle the olive oil over each piece of fish and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the lemon slices over it. Fold the packages tightly, place them on the baking tray and bake them for 25 minutes in the oven.

Bring the potatoes to the boil in little water with a little salt and boil them over low heat for 25 minutes until done.

Beat a dressing of the olive oil, the lemon juice and some salt and pepper and scoop through the rest of the salad.
