Oven-roasted cauliflower with sesame and cumin

Remove the green leaves from the cauliflower and place the small fresh leaves in a bowl of cold water. Cut the cauliflower into quarters and cut off the thickest part of the stalk. Cut the pieces of cauliflower into thick slices.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Put all pieces of cauliflower in a bowl and mix with the oil, cumin and sesame. Grind a little salt and pepper and spread over the baking sheet.

Roast the cauliflower for about 10 minutes in the oven and shake. Roast for another 10 minutes until the cauliflower is light brown on all sides.

Meanwhile, chop the green leaves into thin strips and sprinkle over the cauliflower. Serve immediately.
