Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Finely chop the shallot and the zucchini into cubes of 1 cm. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel the stem of the broccoli and cut into pieces of 1 cm.
  3. Spoon the vegetables with the Mediterranean herbs, pepper and possibly salt.
  4. Spread the vegetables over a griddle covered with parchment paper and crumble the feta. Fry the vegetables for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  5. In the meantime, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the gnocchi in 12 minutes until golden brown. Season regularly and season with pepper and salt.
  6. Boil the eggs in half an half. Scare under cold running water, peel and halve them.
  7. Cut the parsley finely and half with the yogurt in a high cup and puree with the hand blender. Season with pepper.
  8. Spoon the rest of the parsley with the gnocchi. Serve the gnocchi with the gratin, the egg and the parsley yogurt.
