Oysters in chive vinaigrette
A tasty French recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, oysters, balsamic vinegar, Thai fish sauce, liquid (honey), olive oil and chives.

Open oysters with oyster knife, take oysters out of shells, collect oyster fish and pour through tea strainer.

Put oysters in a refrigerator until use.

Rinse deep part of shells under cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Bake in a bowl balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, fish sauce and honey.

Add oil in a thin stream while stirring until a smooth dressing results.

Cut small chives and add to dressing.

Put oysters back in shell and make dressing over them.

Serve oysters to scale..
