Pack soy curry with chicken cubes
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, basmati rice, sunflower oil, chicken fillet in cubes (about 400 g), pak choi ((approx. 250 g), in thin strips), mild curry paste (pot 283 g), ground coconut (bag 125 g) and crème fraîche (200 ml).
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Heat the oil in the woks and fry the chicken around brown in about 5 minutes. Add the pak choi and cook for 2 minutes. Add the curry paste and cook for approx. 1 min.
Mix the coconut with the crème fraîche. Add to the bok choy and let it cook until the sauce is lobed. Add some water if the sauce becomes too thick. Serve the curry with the rice.
