Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package and keep separate.

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes. Add the wok vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.

Pour in the tomatoes and stir in the peas. Bring the whole to the boil. Stir in the cooked rice and seafood and heat them while cooking without cooking.

Sprinkle the paella with the parsley and garnish with lemon wedges.
