Paksoipackets
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, king prawns ((bag 500 g, frozen), thawed), minced meat (half-to-half), fresh ginger (peeled), red pepper (thin strips), spring onion ((3 pieces) ), in rings), egg (beaten), garlic (finely chopped), Earl Gray tea, bok choy, oyster sauce (bottle 250 ml) and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 300 g giant shrimp (bag 500 g, freezer), thawed
- 300 g minced meat fifty fifty
- 2 cm fresh ginger peeled
- 1 Red pepper in thin strips
- 1 bag bunch onion (3 pieces), in rings
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 toe garlic finely chopped
- 2 bags Earl Gray tea
- 1 bush pak choi
- 3 el Oyster sauce bottle of 250 ml
- 1 el olive oil

Peel the prawns and cut them as finely as possible. Mix in a bowl with the minced meat. Cut the ginger as finely as possible. Add the red pepper, the ginger, 2 spring onions, the egg and the garlic to the chopped shrimp mixture. Mix all ingredients and add pepper and salt to taste. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.

Bring plenty of water to a boil in a wok that fits the steam basket. Cut out the tea bags and put the bags in the boiling water. Wrap the portions of prawns in 8 large paksoibladen and place the packages with the seam in the basket. Place the steam basket on the wok deck with the steam basket lid or aluminum foil. Steam the packets for about 15 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, stir the oyster sauce with the oil and 1 tbsp water. Add the rest of the spring onion. Serve the paksoipackjes with the oyster sauce. Delicious with pandan rice and snow peas.
