Pan pizza pepperoni
Make an Italian pizza once in American style: a pan pizza with mozzarella, paprika and chorizo.

Clean the peppers and cut into thin half rings. Cut the onions into thin rings and the mozzarella into slices.

In a large bowl, mix the flour with the yeast and salt. Add the water in parts and knead with your hands in 8 minutes to a smooth dough.

Cover the bowl with a clean tea towel and let rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes in a warm, draft-free place.

Preheat the oven to 230 ºC.

Grease a frying pan with a diameter of 28 cm with the oil. Knead the dough briefly.

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions, put 1 part in the pan and push out by hand until the bottom is covered.

Divide half of the tomato frito over it, leaving ½ cm from the edge. Cover with half of the chorizo, mozzarella, onion and paprika.

Fry the pizza for 5 minutes on medium heat in the pan until the bottom is golden brown and crispy. Check regularly.

Leave on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and make another pizza.

Put the pizzas side by side for about 25 minutes in the oven. If that does not fit, put them on top of each other and change halfway through the baking time.

Halve the pizzas and serve on a nice dish or shelf. Yummy! .
