Preheat grill for the highest setting. Heat oil in wok. Add spinach in portions and let shrinking in approx. 5 minutes.

In the meantime, place pancakes out of packaging on the plate and heat them to full power (700 Watts) in approx. 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings.

Scoop the spring onion and ham into spinach. Drain spinach in colander well. Crumble goat cheese and mix in bowl with sour cream. Brush pancakes with this.

Divide spinach over 4 pancakes. Stack these pancakes on a flat dish or plate. Place the last pancake with goat cheese on top. Slide pancake tart under hot grill and let cheese color in approx. 3 minutes.
