Pancake skewers with coconut bread and banana

Put the pancakes on a shelf and brush them thinly with some apricot jam.

Place two slices of coconut bread on each pancake in the middle.

Cut away the coconut bread that sticks out of the pancakes.

Peel the bananas and put a banana on the coconut bread on each pancake.

Now roll the pancakes firmly and cut each pancake into six beautiful pieces.

Stick three pancake rolls on each skewer with two strawberries in between.
