Steak and sugarsnaps
A tasty asian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, rice oil, steak tips, oyster sauce, Chinese egg, fresh ginger (peeled and chopped), garlic (finely chopped), sugar snaps and spinach.

Heat 2 tablespoons of rice oil in a stir frying pan, the steak tips at room temperature with 1 tbsp oyster sauce 4 min.

On high heat.

Remove from the woks for 5 minutes under a lid.

Prepare the instructions according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat the rest of the rice oil in the stirring fruit the ginger and garlic for 1/2 a minute.

Fry the sugarsnaps for 3 minutes on a high heat.

Add the rest of the oyster sauce and the spinach in parts.

Bake for another 3 minutes.

Divide the noodles, steaks and vegetables over 4 bowls..
