A tasty asian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, rice oil, steak tips, oyster sauce, Chinese egg, fresh ginger (peeled and chopped), garlic (finely chopped), sugar snaps and spinach.

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of rice oil in a stir frying pan, the steak tips at room temperature with 1 tbsp oyster sauce 4 min.
  2. On high heat.
  3. Remove from the woks for 5 minutes under a lid.
  4. Prepare the instructions according to the instructions on the packaging.
  5. Heat the rest of the rice oil in the stirring fruit the ginger and garlic for 1/2 a minute.
  6. Fry the sugarsnaps for 3 minutes on a high heat.
  7. Add the rest of the oyster sauce and the spinach in parts.
