Directions

  1. Spoon the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour a little milk and break the egg above it.
  2. Whisk together with a fork and add the rest of the milk to a smooth batter while stirring.
  3. Then whisk lightly with a whisk. Add a pinch of salt and let the batter rest for a few minutes.
  4. Mix the batter with the grated chocolate.
  5. Bake 4 large pancakes and let cool until lukewarm.
  6. Divide the chocolate mousse over the middle of the pancakes and roll them loosely.
  7. Sprinkle with icing sugar and sprinkle with lightly toasted almond shavings or chopped pistachio nuts.
