Pancakes with apple
Everyone's favorite food! Pancakes with apple, raisins and cinnamon.

Put the pancake mix in a bowl. Pour in a little milk, stirring each time with a whisk. Stir until everything is smooth.

Break the egg over the batter and stir until you have mixed it all through the batter. Add the raisins and cinnamon and stir again.

Use an apple drill to remove the core from the apples. Cut the apples into thin slices. You do not have to peel them.

Put a quarter of the butter in a frying pan and place it on the fire. Let the butter melt until it bubbles.

Cover the entire bottom of the pan with a thin layer of batter. Put some apple slices here. Bake the pancake for about 3 minutes.

If the top is no longer wet, lift the pancake with a spatula. Is the bottom brown. Then put the spatula all the way under the pancake, lift the pancake and turn it over.

Keep repeating steps 4 through 6 repeat this until you are finished.

Keep your pancakes nice and warm by storing them in an oven dish in a preheated oven at 150 degrees.

Nice to sprinkle with powdered sugar.
