Pancakes with blueberries and limoncello cream
Prepare the pancake batter according to the instructions on the packaging with the eggs and the milk.
Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan. Pour the same small amount of batter in the pan for pancakes of about 10 cm Ø with a spoon. Fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked and golden brown.
Beat the crème fraîche with the limoncello. Stack the pancakes with the limoncello cream and blueberries in between. Also divide some cream and berries over the top.
