Pancakes with goat's cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: ready-made pancakes (pack of 8), soft goat cheese, green apples (eg Granny Smith) (in thin parts), walnuts ((50 g) and coarsely chopped).

Spread the pancakes with 1/4 of the goat's cheese. Place the apple slices in a row in the middle of the pancakes. Sprinkle the walnut over the apple and roll up the pancakes. Cut the pancakes for serving in half.

You can make the pancakes in the morning. Pack in cling film and store in the refrigerator until use.
