Pappardelle with seafood
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, carrots (in small cubes), spring onions (3 pieces), in rings), garlic (finely chopped), flour (sifted), dry white wine, mixed seafood (500 g, frozen), thawed), crème fraîche (125 ml), pappardelle (pasta) (a 250 g and chilled).

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the cubes of carrot and two thirds of the spring onions for 5 minutes.

Fry the garlic briefly.

Sprinkle the flour over it and stir for 1 minute on low heat.

Make sure the flower is not too brown.

Pour for a dash of the wine, stirring until the previous shoot is completely absorbed.

Add the seafood and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the pappardelle according to the instructions on the packaging.

Serve the pasta with the seafood and sprinkle with the remaining spring onions..
