Paprika cappuccino


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: green peppers, onion, (olive) oil, dry white wine, fresh basil (à 15 g), whipped cream (125 ml), salt, vegetable stock tablet and (freshly ground) pepper.

Directions

  1. Peppers wash, clean and cut into cubes. Peel and chop onions. Heat oil in pan. Pepper and onions for about 5 minutes. Add wine and cook for approx. 10 minutes covered. Meanwhile mince leaves of basil. Whip cream with pinch of salt half stiff (= thickly liquid), stir in basil. Fry the pepper and onion with cooking water in a food processor. Bring 5 liters of water to the boil in a pan, top the bouillon tablet and roast. Pour the puree through stock, season with salt and pepper. Soup seven.
  2. Reheat soup. Distribute soup over four deep plates. Give cream on a convex side of spoon to soup. Serve immediately.
