Paprika rolls
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian brunch contains the following ingredients: white bread mix (a 500 g), butter, red pepper (in tiny cubes) and dill (chopped).

In a bowl, knead the bread mix with the butter and 150 ml of lukewarm water into a supple dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and let the dough rise for 10 minutes.

Knead the pepper and dill through the dough. Divide the dough into 12 equal balls. Place the bread rolls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and leave to dry for 30 minutes under a clean tea towel.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Fry the pepperbread in approx. 10-15 min. Until golden brown and done. Punch a satépicker, it comes out clean, then the rolls are cooked.
