                            Parsley list with Greek rondos
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: brown rice, eggplant, onions, garlic, olive oil, tomato cubes (400 g), Greek rondos (a 200 g) and fresh parsley (a 30 g).

                                Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

                                Clean aubergine and cut into cubes.
 - 
                                Peel and chop onions and garlic.
 - 
                                Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and eggplant in approx.
 - 
                                10 minutes.
 - 
                                Last 4 min.
 - 
                                Onions and garlic fried.
 - 
                                Add tomato cubes and simmer for a while.
 - 
                                Heat residual oil in frying pan and bake for 4-6 min.
 - 
                                Cut the parsley and mix with rice.
 - 
                                Serving rondos with vegetables and rice.
 - 
                                Delicious with cucumber salad..
