Mix the dates with the pecans, parsley and lettuce in a bowl. Spoon with the oil, salt and pepper.

Spoon the core out of the half pears and lay the pears upside down on a plate.

Divide the camembert over the pears and spread the salad around it. Grind a little pepper and serve immediately.
