Mix the curry paste with the olive oil. Cut the halloumi into cubes and mix with the curry paste. Fry this in a pan over medium heat.

Put the cumin seeds in another pan without oil or butter and put on medium heat. If they start to smoke and toss the pan, remove the pan from the heat.

Let the aromas of the cumin be released and pour a good dash of olive oil over it.

Put the cumin back on the fire and add the spinach. Stir frequently until the spinach has completely shrunk.

Season with a lot of pepper and little salt (the halloumi is already very salty). Put the spinach on the plate and divide the halloumi cubes with curry.
