Pasta With Zucchini And Salmon
Penne with creamy salmon-zucchini sauce.
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Stir fry the zucchini with the sage until it looks light brown.
Season the vegetables with salt and pepper. Stir in the crème fraîche with the juice of the lemon.
Scoop the warm pasta with this mixture and scoop the courgette through it. Season the pasta with salt and pepper.
Divide the salmon slices over the pasta. Serve immediately.
