Cut the red onion into rings. Put the olive oil in the pan and fry the onion rings on medium heat glassy. Add the pressed garlic to the onion. Bake for 1 minute and then add the ham cubes.

In the meantime, mix the cream cheese with the egg yolks, pepper and salt. Turn off the heat. Now add the peas and courgette spaghetti to the ham cubes and pour the cream cheese egg mixture over it.
