Pasta dish with green asparagus
Pasta from the oven with paprika, cheese, green asparagus and eggs.

Bring some water to a boil in a large pan.

Break or cut the bottom of the asparagus. Cook them for 1 min. And remove them from the pan and rinse them in a colander under cold water.

Cook the penne in the asparagus water according to the instructions on the package al dente.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Grease the oven dish with oil.

Cut the pepper finely.

Drain the penne and scoop them in the oven dish with the paprika, ground cheese and salt and pepper and distribute the penne regularly.

Put the asparagus on the pasta.

Beat the eggs with the milk and the rest of the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the egg mixture over the asparagus. Fry the dish in about 25 minutes until golden brown and done.

Cut the dish into pieces and serve.
