Boil the rice in plenty of water for about 8 minutes. Meanwhile, defrost the spinach in a microwave at full power (700 watts) in about 3 minutes. Let the spinach drain well in a sieve.

Wash and halve the peppers, remove the seeds and the seeds. Put the peppers in a bowl. Cooked in a microwave for about 3 minutes. Drain the rice. Spoon the spinach and cheese through the rice. Season with herbs.

Scoop the mixture into the peppers. Let the peppers covered in the microwave warm up at full power in about 2 minutes. Serve with garlic sauce.
