Pasta dish with smoked mackerel
Pasta dish from the oven with mackerel, Italian stir-fry mix, tomato cubes, bechamel sauce and mature cheese.
- 300 g farfalle bag of 500 g
- 380 g smoked mackerel fillet in a tin packed per 190 g
- 400 g fresh Italian stir fry vegetables
- 400 g tomato cubes look
- 50 g besciamella sauce mix pack a 2 bags
- 500 ml semi skimmed milk
- 75 g ground mature cheese 30 bag of 150 g
Cook the farfalle according to the instructions on the package.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Drain the mackerel fillets and collect the oil. Grease the oven dish thinly with some of this oil.
Heat the rest of the oil and stir fry the Italian stir-fry mix for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and season with salt and salt.
Drain the farfalle and scoop it with the stir fry mix.
Prepare the béchamel sauce according to the instructions on the package with the milk and stir in the cheese.
Spoon half of the bechamel sauce through the dish and put it in the baking dish. Divide the mackerel over it and cover with the rest of the bechamel sauce.
