Pasta with tuna, egg, green beans and black olives.

Directions

  1. Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans.
  2. Boil the penne in plenty of water with salt until al dente. Add the green beans after 3 minutes and cook.
  3. In the meantime, cook the eggs in 8 min. Hard. Rinse with cold water and peel.
  4. Cut the tomatoes and the eggs into pieces. Drain the tuna and divide into pieces.
  5. Transfer the pasta and the green beans to a warm dish. Mix in the pesto and the olives.
  6. Put the pieces of tuna, wedges of tomato and egg on top. Season with pepper.
