Roast the sesame seeds lightly brown in a dry hot frying pan.

Mix the ham strips with the coriander, the ginger, the avocado, the lemon juice, the crème fraîche and salt and pepper.

Heat the tortillas briefly in a dry hot frying pan or cover for 20 seconds at 800 Watt in the microwave so that they become more supple.

Divide the lettuce over the tortillas. Divide the ham avocado salad.

Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla 3 cm upwards and fold the other sides inwards to form a bag.

Fold the napkin or the aluminum foil around it at the bottom.
