Macaroni with spicy tomato sauce
Pasta with piccante tomato sauce, zucchini, tomatoes, mozzarella and black olives.

Chop the onion, cut the zucchini into strips, the tomatoes into cubes, the olives into slices and halve the mozzarella.

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes.

Add the tomato sauce and 50 ml water and bring to the boil while stirring. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the macaroni through the tomato sauce. Add the zucchini, the tomatoes, the olive slices and the mozzarella. Serve immediately.
